It's PokeSwap time again!
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, so let’s celebrate by sending some love in the form of an artwork.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with this event, the PokeSwap is a kind of art trade in which you are given a member’s name and their list of 6 Pokemon. You then take any or all of the Pokemon on that list to use as the subject of you picture.
This month's theme: Love
Love comes in many forms, so feel free to show the love in whatever way you can think of!
How to enter:
If you wish to enter please leave a comment on THIS JOURNAL that includes your selection of 6 Pokemon that you wish to see drawn for you. Once entries close, a list of pairings will be posted. Swaps can be submitted to the 2016 Valentine’s Day Pokeswap folder. Please notify by note the person for whom you have done your swap when you have completed it so they don’t think they’ve missed out!
After entering and close of sign-ups:
1. Check to see whom your partner is, then find their post in this journal's comments to find which six Pokemon they have requested.
2. Complete your entry and submit it to the Holiday PokeSwap 2015 folder.
3. After submitting your entry please let your partner know that it is complete.
RULES:
Please be punctual in submitting your entry.
If you are unable to complete your entry for whatever reason, please note the club and let us know.
If you do not receive an entry, please DO NOT contact the person directly. Contact the club and the staff will reprimand appropriately if required.
If someone is harassing you for not completing an entry, please notify us. Harassment will not be tolerated.
If you do not complete your entry and do not notify the club with an acceptable reason as to why then you will not be able to participate in the next swap. Repeat offenders may be banned from more than one consecutive swap.
Adherence to the theme is not compulsory, but highly recommended.
You do not have to draw all six Pokemon that are requested, you may choose only one if you like.
Please complete your Swap by FEBURARY 29th, 2016.

Just wanted to update you on what is going on with the group. We recently have had a turnover in staff, so things in the group have been slow. However, we are now starting to get back up to speed. Unfortunately, some submissions expired during this time of transitioning, and we are sorry for that. Please resubmit them, and we will go ahead and get them into the fan club galleries. Right now I am just waiting on two more admins to join the team before I go ahead with formal introductions, but you may have already come across some of them. - Must have a good knowledge on Pokemon. You don't have to know every episode or play every game, but you must be able to keep up with any new Pokemon games/species/events that comes out.
- Discord account is highly recommended since we communicate primary through there.
- Be aware that we do frequently receive mature art that must be dealt with. It's the nature of working an online art
